Founded by local hospitality queen Kat Costigan, Mayo is Toowoomba's Italian inspired sandwich bar for people who think lunch should be the best part of their day.
Kat built her name at wine bar UVA at Walton Stores, now she's back with a different kind of sauce. Italian flavours, Toowoomba soul, and sandwiches made fresh and piled generously at our hole in the wall on 6 Ann Street.
